The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refers to you, the person logging on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the USA. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
PHYSICAL DELIVERIES
With reference to the RPA Certification Programs, the delivery of the hard copy certificate is dependent on the attendee’s successful pass in the assessment test concluding the program/course. Ex: Certificate of Completion. In this case, packages may be delayed until the member has successfully completed the assessment.
Accredited course certificates of completion will be sent within 30 days of completion.
Any trouble or questions about certifications, CMEs/CPDs should be sent in writing to [email protected].
DIGITAL DELIVERIES
All digital materials will be made available within 3 business days of the event conclusion. For example: if a conference ended on a Friday, Feb 1, the digital assets will be emailed to members by Feb 5 (Wed, 3rd business day).
Course materials will be made available upon purchase. Any questions please email [email protected].
MEMBERSHIP
The RPA Membership program is not restricted to only licensed practitioners; however, some of the perks apply to practitioners only (ex: pharmacy discounts). RPA Membership is charged Monthly for those members grandfathered in and Annually for all others. You may elect to use buy now, pay later options if it is available in your area and applicable.
Membership is an annual plan which gives you access to all courses, exclusive vendor discounts, our confidential discussion forum, informational webinars, and all of the other services available from RPA. The annual cost of the membership will be charged to your card in monthly installments based on the type of membership you select and the currency within your country of purchase for 12 consecutive months on the same date of each month, beginning with the date of your enrollment. You agree that this is an annual membership that is non-cancellable during the annual term. Membership will be renewed for subsequent annual periods at our then-current rate unless you notify us at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of each annual subscription period. All of the information provided by or through RPA is the confidential and proprietary information of RPA, its affiliates, and partners. I understand and agree that the copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws apply to the material on www.regendocs.com and all affiliate websites. The content on www.regendocs.com and affiliate websites may not be copied, downloaded, forwarded, linked to, republished, resold, or duplicated, in whole or in part, for any purpose. I understand and agree that the accuracy and completeness of any information provided cannot be guaranteed by RPA, and RPA expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for such information. The membership includes one practitioner and up to 3 staff unless agreed upon or indicated otherwise. Any sharing of login passwords personal to you, and each provider in a multi-provider practice must have their own membership. Clicking on the Sign-Up link constitutes your agreement to these terms.
If you no longer wish to continue your membership, please submit your cancellation to [email protected]. There are no refunds for membership dues paid.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing RPA, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the RPA’s Privacy Policy.

PASSWORD SHARING POLICY
Unauthorized sharing of login credentials, including passwords, is strictly prohibited. Each membership account is intended for use by a single individual or, where applicable, one practitioner and up to 3 staff members as specified in your membership agreement.
If it is determined that you have shared your login credentials with unauthorized persons, Regenerative Practices Academy reserves the right to:
- Revoke Your Access: Your account may be suspended or terminated immediately without notice.
- No Refund: You will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining portion of your membership term.
By using this website and accessing your account, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this policy constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions and may result in the loss of your membership benefits and privileges.
